Happy 21st Birthday, niCk!

Ok, I need to post this up before August ends.

Happy Birthday, niCk!

This year's birthday was real simple and in fact, non-celebrative. Most people even forget about it. Nothing was done, no party, no nothing...

...but with a special meaning.

19th August marks my last day in India which also marks the beginning or my adulthood. Oh man, so serious!

I could say that my stay in India changed my life a lot. As I end this chapter of my life, both my stay in India as well as my childhood/teenage/whatever you name a non-adult person, I'm really excited to move on and see what God is going to do with me.

Usually 21st birthday would be some really big hurray, party all night, booze all night things like that, but I chosed to spend this special moment with special people. And that's my birthday wish: to spend time with 3 person who changed my life the most in Manipal and to tell them "thank you and I love you all!"

Moreover on 19th itself we'll be travelling in Bangalore and making out way back to Malaysia, so no time for some big celebration also.

What happened on 18th night was...
I was alone in my hotel room in Bangalore. I took out my guitar and started to worship God with a very special song called "I Am Your Miracle". And tears started to flow from my eyes and volume was going higher and higher till Juh Han told me that Yin Yee and Lai Yin could hear me singing from upstairs.

God's presence was so real and I kept praying and crying, committing my life again to His hands and ask God to guide me through as I move on.

Yeap! I spend that moment with a Special Person - God!

I almost fell asleep when Jun Han, Yin Yee and Lai Yin came knocking on my door and wished my Happy Birthday. I was like, "yeap! My birthday wish! But I'm very very tired..." We talked a bit and then everybody was tired and went back to sleep not long after.

Thanks guys! I appreciate it!

(We didn't take photos that night. Here's their photos on out batch prize giving ceremony)

Thank you guys not just for the birthday wishes, but also for the times you all have spent with me in Manipal, the lessons that you all have taught me, the tolerance you guys had for me and accepting me as I am.

BIG thank you!

and of course, I got to spend time with Mummy and Mummy no.2 (7th auntie)

Ok. They flew all the way to India and wished my Happy Birthday. Now I don't dare to ask for any birthday present dy...

Thanks Mom and 7th auntie!!!

Actually the main purpose of them going to India was to help me to carry my excess luggage back to Malaysia. aha! Still, that made my 21st birthday special!

Bye childhood, here I come adulthood. (ok sounds really really lame)

God, take me and use me. In Jesus name, Amen!
